As one of the two founders of Builderguru, Todd oversees field operations, manages and adapts to field changes, navigates the final inspection process, creates, manages and constantly adapts a project schedule, and oversees field personnel, such as superintendents and assistant supers. Todd shares the supervision of the following business management activities including: estimating, creating general conditions, contract buyouts, budgeting, procurement and financial tracking of projects.

He drives quality workmanship of finished products, enforces safety rules, and coordinates with the owner and architect as needed to facilitate the client.
