Major renovations to interior and exterior, plus an addition to an existing three level mechanical warehouse originally constructed on 1962, in a very congested part of Annapolis. The work included complete rework of to commercial kitchens, main dining room, and two bar and lounge areas. An elevator addition was built using environmentally sensitive foundation concept referred to as “mini or pipe plies”. All three levels required asbestos abatement and when completed a 100% facelift was done involving complete replacement of the roof with copper, reconfiguring the mechanical penthouse, replacing virtually all glazing, wood siding and trims, exterior decks, guardrails, and an addition of a canopy to the main entrance.
