Potbelly Sandwich Works: 27 different restaurant projects in the past 4 years in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Kilwin’s Chocolates Annapolis: September 2007; Restaurant & Retail tenant fit-out in the 128 Main Street ground floor retail space.
Ben & Jerry’s Annapolis: July 2006; Retail interior construction in Annapolis, MD.
Mr. Pretzels: July 2005; Restaurant construction project in Washington, DC.
Chart House Restaurant: Full scale renovation of unique properties in New York, Georgia, and Virginia, while all locations remained open. The Savanna Chart House remodel was the most interesting historic build to date, being that it is the oldest masonry building in Georgia.
