Linq Services, Inc.
LINQ offers a fantastic workplace setting, giving employees the energy to work efficiently and the comforts, promoting individual productivity and success. Our company, BGC | G&G, teamed up with architect Studio B2SJ on this project. The fit-out design was perfectly executed, and the build focused on “forward-thinking” interior design with top-of-the-line technology. The interior takes your breath away with the unique, robust features set in place when entering the facility. With over 12,600 square feet, this chic office offers openwork sections and several private areas for more conversations, team building, and overall production. In addition, there are several lounge areas, a gourmet kitchen, cafe, fireplaces, game room, & library.

Microtel Inn & Suites
BGC | G&G built a Microtel by Wyndham positioned close to the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre on Route 3. The ground-up, energy-efficient hotel offers 79 guest rooms over five stories. Guests are presented with a variety of accommodations. They also have access to several amenities, including a fitness area, laundry rooms, ice machines, complimentary breakfast, and a business center with WIFI and internet access. The fire-resistant construction consisted of ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) walls and precast hollow core planking. We wrapped up this project near the end of 2020.
