BGC | Gardiner and Gardiner put their final touches on the design build project at 51 Franklin in downtown Annapolis a little before the new year. After completing the shell, our company has stepped away to allow our partners at Gate One Builders to finish the remaining interior work. Matt Long and his team have started the tenant fit outs for perspective buyers.
We wanted to take a trip down memory lane and look at the before and after photos, now that Blue Star Painting has almost finished covering the once brick exterior with trending neutral paint colors. This impeccable transformation from a medical/office building into luxury high end living is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood of Murray Hill and the Historic District. Kudos to all parties involved in the design build project including BGC| G&G, Gate One Builders(John Pilli and Matt Long), Fourth Street Design and Blue Star Painting.
