Budget Development
We collaborate with our clients from the earliest stages of a project to meet our clients’ goals for quality, cost and timely delivery.
BGC | G&G will review preliminary budgets and estimates based on detailed quantity takeoffs under the discretion of and with Project Team members. Information relating to all levels of quality, time frames, unique project requirements, and working conditions will be factored into estimates.
In order to provide continuous cost control throughout budget development, the BGC | G&G team will examine each issue of the drawings and specifications to verify cost continuity. Level of detail contained in the budget will provide the owner with all information necessary to make a firm, informed decision.
