The 2020 year ended with BGC Gardiner and Gardiner closing on a few of our large builds. One in particular that stands out is Bay Village Assisted Living, a 70,000 square foot ground up located on Forest Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. The construction updates along the way showed exceptional drone photography(via Bay Village marketing) and are now ready to present the final product. The elderly community will have new options if living in the Bay Village complex. In addition to choosing between three room preferences, tenants will have access to several indoor and outdoor common living spaces. BuilderGuru contracting completed scope in all areas of this facility including: several dining areas, a fitness area, theatre, game room, art studio, bar, salon, rooms and suites. New applicants are pleasantly discovering that Bay Village can accommodate pets and has an emergency communication system in place. An open house is scheduled in the coming weeks and the staff is getting prepared to begin welcoming their first occupants. The retirement community is a beautiful new living space for some of the older population in Annapolis, Maryland and a nice addition to the area.
