BGC’s New Vice President of Project Management Brings Over 30 Years of Construction Experience
We are excited to announce Mike O’Quinn as our new Vice President of Project Management. Mike has over 30 years of construction experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from multifamily, government, hospitality, restaurants, life science, education (public & private), and more.

As VP of Project Management, he will oversee construction operations from start to finish while building and maintaining client relations.
Prior to joining BGC, Mike O’Quinn received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salisbury University. Shortly after graduating college, Mike O’Quinn started his career in the construction industry with Coakley & Williams, in which he would stay with the firm for the next 25 years. While at Coakley & Williams Construction, he worked on various locally and nationally awarded projects.
As stated by Mike O’Quinn, VP of Project Management, “I am very excited to join a successful firm with an opportunity to identify new corporate growth, enhance our talented management teams, partner with our operations teams, and maintain the corporate mission of, “We Build a Tradition of Trust” with our clients, design teams, and subcontractor trade partners.” Mike O’Quinn was on the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Chesapeake Shores Region for a total of 5 years and served in various capacities throughout his time. In 2022, Mike was honored to serve as Chapter Chairman, representing ABC Chesapeake Shores both locally and nationally, promoting and supporting the construction industry. Additionally, Mike served on the Anne Arundel Community College Advisory Council, consulting on The Clausen Center for Innovation and Skilled Trades building, which opened in 2022.
