Builderguru Contrating and Gardiner and Gardiner have been working steadily in Eastport on the Severn House Project. To refresh one’s memory, The Severn House is a condominium complex in Annapolis, Maryland( Eastport). In late 2017, an unfortunate fire took place, leaving approximately 23 of the units in need of a gut and complete remodel. Fortunately, the exterior was still intact and BGC | G & G was able to take on this project and assist Severn House HOA.
BGC | G&G collaborated with Schwarz + Associates, LLC and has now finalized three of the four buildings. The final building is underway and almost completed. The construction company worked with each tenant on interior finishes including appliances, cabinetry, built-ins, kitchen and bathroom tile, flooring, and layouts throughout. The pictures show how each unit owner picked finishes that catered to their individual tastes. All units show how BGC | G&G focuses on timely job execution and attention to detail.
Everyone involved in this project is thrilled to see home owners transitioning back into their units. Just in time for the upcoming summer season, the pool and dock will be put in use and the Seven House owners will soon be able take advantage of their expansive water views of Back Creek!
