We are a coffee/wine bar hybrid with an in house pastry chef, and a curated rotation of coffee, wine. pastries and desserts. We will be working with several local roasters, but are currently feathering a curated selection of coffees from Ceremony Coffee of Annapolis, MD, Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters of Denver, CO and Methodical Coffee of Greenville, SC.

Our BuilderGuru team recently assisted owners Joel and Colleen Bunker in opening thier second café in Annapolis, Maryland. The doors of Curate Annapolis opened this week with customers lined up and eager to try items off the new menu. BGC | Gardiner & Gardiner completed the tenant fit out of one of the spaces on the bottom level of 141 West Street. The Bunkers’ team lead the design portion of the project with T. Averill Architect in charge of the architectural and mechanical portion of the build. The sleek space was rounded out beautifully after the install of a Modbar, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, grab and go mini fridge, industrial lighting fixtures, bathroom and back kitchen. With warmer weather on the horizon, Curate Annapolis will give Naptown residents and visitors a fresh and quick culinary option when entering the Art’s District.
