We had an opportunity to check in with some of our new projects this morning. First up, Roccos Pizzeria(a popular pizza eat in/delivery place for many Annapolitans), located on Bay Ridge Avenue. Our team is carefully navigating through the beginning stages of construction. The pictures show routine plumbing, as PVC pipes are installed for drainage. Eventually, BGC | G&G will assist with doubling the size of the existing shop. This will be possible by removing the center wall between the old Roccos and the tenant space next door, combining the two stores into one. The new Roccos will offer a specialty pizza oven, hood , finishes and kitchen expansion. BGC |G & G is working with architect Studio 343 and owner Joe and Allison Gargano to quickly close this project by late Spring.
Another steadily moving project with a Spring deadline is El Toro Bravo, a Mexican establishment, taking the place of the former french restaurant, Les Foiles. Positioned on Riva Road in Annapolis, this tenant fit out is advancing and the team we have assigned to this project is diligent and persistent to meet the projected timeline. It will be quite remarkable to see the vast progress in the next couple of weeks and we know owner, Jose Aquirre will be pleased at delivery.
