We are eager to share with you the happenings that are currently underway inside and outside of 51 Franklin Street in downtown Annapolis, Maryland. The existing structure was originally a four level office space. BGC | Gardiner & Gardiner has instituted a complete demo and rebuild of three floors. Ultimately, this space will offer high end condos along with a lower garage for parking. Spacious balconies, a roof top deck overlooking Church Circle, cream stucco, and black framed windows, will improve the original structure that once stood on Franklin Street. Builderguru is partnering with architect, Fourth Street Design and Gate One Builders. John Pilli and Matt Long have completed the design-build portion of this project. The collaborative efforts of all parties will accomplish a fantastic end product, which will in turn improve the neighborhood of Murray Hill.
