The ground up Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, a 79 room hotel (48,000 total sq. ft.) over five floors in Gambrills, Maryland, is moving close to completion. From the construction end, BuilderGuru can report that most of the dry wall has been installed and the team is in the process of caulking and painting. BGC | G&G is also working with the owners to determine which color palette will look the best on the exterior of the building. When doors open, guests will be able to enjoy an indoor heated pool, business center, fitness area and a room of choice. BGC | G&G will execute and deliver this thoughtful hotel design of Owen F. Slagle III in fall of this year!
