At BGC | G&G we track each job with our Critical Path Management scheduling network – a project “road map” that graphically plots all activities in sequence. We monitor costs, develop manpower and equipment allocation charts, complete required inspection and punch lists, and target leasing and occupancy dates. Ultimately we aim to complete jobs without unnecessary delays or cost overruns. Our ability to manage a quality project relies heavily on our 3-phase program of quality assurance:
The Preparatory Phase insures all contract requirements have been met before any physical construction begins on site. Among many tasks, this phase includes a review of all drawings, specifications, reference codes and standards.
The Initial Phase is accomplished at the beginning of a definable feature of work and includes, but is not limited to, assurance that the standard levels of workmanship and safety are being met.
The Follow up Phase is ongoing throughout construction and assures continued compliance with contract requirements.
