Originally an old florist shop converted into a commercial space and residential apartment. The first floor and basement were designed to be used for commercial purposes and the second and third floor consist of three bedrooms and three baths for living. Complete interior demo competed with new walls. BGC | G & G saved the existing historical wood beams and brick walls, featuring them as design highlights. All new MEP and finishes. A new kitchen area was constructed with custom built in cabinetry. Lastly, the existing historical windows where refurbished locally and put back in place.
