BGC collaborated with MKS Architects on this 4,313 interior only renovation. The new and improved once 1771 Tap House and Grill turned Pearl Restaurant and Ponche Tiki Bar includes a fully renovated downstairs with additional room for seating and an additional bathroom. As well as the upstairs which now includes a second bar area.
