Alban Tractor is located in Upper Marlboro and was completed in October. G&G provided construction management design/build services for this Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a 29,650 SF tractor shop, 24,690 SF vehicle shop and 2-story office & parts storage area with approximately 50 overhead doors. This service facility also has a remote shop building (approx. 11,600 SF) with wash bays and an engine Dynamometer Room.
