This project for The City of Greenbelt consisted of a 16,700 SF renovation/addition to an existing office building as well as the construction of a new 9,750 SF PEMB maintenance facility. This project was brought in on-time and on-budget. Building #2 was originally designed to be a conventionally constructed building; however, by using a pre-engineered building we were able to save the Owner money while still providing a facility that met their requirements. This project was designed to be “Green” and contains numerous Green features.
