BGC | Gardiner & Gardiner completed the tenant fit out of one of the spaces on the bottom level of 141 West Street. Joel and Colleen Bunker lead the design portion of the project with T. Averill Architect in charge of the architectural and mechanical portion of the build. The sleek space was rounded out beautifully after the install of a Modbar, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, grab and go mini fridge, industrial lighting fixtures, bathroom and back kitchen.
