The Morningside Volunteer Fire Department was a design-build project completed by BGC | G&G in 2021. This project was based on making the garage opening larger to accommodate larger fire trucks in each bay. In addition, the kitchen had to be relocated to make one-off the bays open on both ends so MVFD could bring a truck through the building. BGC | G&G made new offices, a dispatch office, and a conference room. The roof area had a decorative pitched roof added in the front, hiding the rooftop equipment.
