8,250 sq. ft. plus the 360 sq. ft. Rectifier/Utility room. The Maintenance House has a 110 lf. long maintenance pit allowing multiple trolley cars to be worked on from underneath at the same time. Facility also adds storage capacity to the previously completed Storage Car House.
