One-story mixed-use pre-engineered metal building with steel stud back up of masonry façade and all associated site improvements. Incorporated many LEED elements in the design including cotton batt insulation is manufactured from recycled blue jean material. The PEMB has a recycled content which ranges from 30 to 70 percent.
