BGC worked with Mancini Duffy Architects on the 4,200-square-foot tenant fit-out, previously home to the Sugar Factory. The new Rosa Mexicano features a large outdoor patio, a bar, an open dining area, and a custom bubble wall. The restaurant also has locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This is the second location that BGC has completed for Rosa Mexicano, with the first location being in Pennsylvania.
