Gardiner & Gardiner served as General Contractor for the construction of this beautiful, five-story, 83,000 s.f. mixed-use building with an attached four-story 250-car garage. The garage includes one basement level floor and four levels above grade. Additionally, Gardiner & Gardiner performed site work associated with this project. This stunning building has one of Annapolis’s first Green Roofs, providing an environmentally conscious method of storm water management and energy conservation.
