This 100,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building features 30’ clear height over 200’ clear span with single length roof panels from eave to ridge. It also includes two concrete end ramps founded on concrete piles, custom color wall panels, 24’ x 18’ overhead doors and a full fire suppression system. Additionally Gardiner & Gardiner self-performed extensive site work and paving of the asphalt floor.
