Scope of work for construction of this new addition consisted of structural steel and metal stud frame, exterior masonry walls, decorative metals, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finished interior to house 18,000 sf Science and Library Centers.
Site work was completed by using our in-house site development services and consisted of construction stakeout, grading and sediment control, complete site utilities and site concrete to tie-in with existing campus features. This contract also included the installation of a 10,000-gallon underground storage tank for the campus fire suppression system. Despite many challenges, Gardiner & Gardiner was able to complete this project before the start of classes.
