In 2016, BGC | G&G partnered with Randy Habeck to create a multi use space for individual businesses all under the same roof. The Severn Village Complex, located in Millersville, Maryland, is a L shaped structure with 25,000 total square footage and six usable units. Currently four businesses operate from Severn Village including: Outdoor Room Store, Trailwerks, Tribute Health Care and BGC | G&G. There are two spaces available for other potential tenants.

- 2016 – BGC announced they were moving locations to Millersville, Maryland. This was the first space used.
- 2018 – Farmer’s Market and Outdoor Room Store became the first tenants other than BuilderGuru.
- 2019 – Habeck and BGC | G&G welcomed Trailwerks to the complex.
- 2020 – BuilderGuru and Randy Habeck advertised the spaces available through KLNB leasing. Health Care became the fifth business to occupy a space in Severn Village.
