We work with private and public schools all over the country. Today we look back at some stand out educational builds over the years. The Key School – A new addition consisting of structural steel and metal stud frame, exterior masonry walls, decorative metals, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finished interior to house 18,000 sf Science and Library Centers.
St. John’s College – A face lift of the lower level coffee/lounge area of the McDowell Building at St. John’s College.
St. Patrick’s School – The construction of an exterior space for sports and fitness and a a renovation of a parking space below.
The Summit School – A stem lab built on top of an existing elevated patio.
Judge Sylvania Woods Elementary School – Ground up 86,000 square foot four quadrant complex positioned around a courtyard. The build included a large gymnasium, stage, and commercial kitchen.
Annapolis Area Christian School – A two-story educational facility developed in 5 phases. The build included master planning, site work and the construction of the main school, athletics and performance center, gym stage addition and upper school.
Chesapeake Montessori – Ground up additional facility that housed a library, classrooms, administrative offices, and infrastructure in Annapolis, MD.
The Harbour School – 5,000 sq.ft. gymnasium addition to the existing school facility. Excavation, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, pre-engineered metal building, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall, painting, basketball equipment, court flooring, plumbing, HVAC & electrical.
